Hi guys! I have a quick post today!
For those of you looking for a few at-home workouts (besides shoveling) for snowy days like today or even cold days when you don't feel like leaving your warm, cozy house; I've got a round up some old ones I've posted throughout the years.
Most of the workouts on here don't require any equipment and can be done in a space as small as 6'x6'. Got it? Now, who's getting in some movement today?! See below for some instructions.
For this one, AMRAP stands for "as many reps as possible". So, do all of these moves as many times as you can fit into 20 minutes. I love AMRAPS because I always end up pushing myself harder and before I know it, the 20 minutes is up!
For this body weight workout, repeat 2-4 times depending on your fitness level or time!
Too bad we're not going to the beach, BUT, do each move for 10 reps then go through it again and do them all for 9 reps, and then 8... and so on down to 6 each.
This one requires sprints which isn't exactly possible in the snow so instead, skip the sprints and repeat the rest of the workout 3-5 times depending on fitness level.
Let me know if you need any additional pointers and have fun with it! Enjoy the weekend! xo
