Saturday Reading

How badly does this make you want a donut? Oh snap!
Last night, Rob and I finished Season 1 of Bloodline. Oh man. Did anyone else finish it yet?! I won't spoil it for those that haven't but, I will say that I'm so intrigued by what Season 2 will be like! It's a short weekend for me as I am working tomorrow, however, I will surely make the best of it. Workouts, organization, and relaxation today followed by a nice dinner tonight. What do you all have in store?

Here are my favorite reads of the week - there are a lot of good ones today!

This last-place Boston Marathon finisher is one of the most inspiring humans ever.

Love this map of state foods. I've had 7 on the list. California, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Washington (and I was only in Seattle for 1 night).

I really enjoyed reading Tina and Janae's marathon recaps.

So over the skinny arm, too!

Love this impact of a positive response.

This cauliflower soup looks SO decadent.

Great tips on blogging for business.

This strawberry lattice pie. OMG.

The top 10 happiest countries on earth.

I feel like this question gets asked about microwaves a lot.

Four reasons to keep lifting as you age.

Have a wonderful weekend! xo

Saturday Reading

Note: I wrote most of this post yesterday and never finished or published it. Sooo it's technically "Sunday Reading". Hope you're all getting outside today - it's SO nice out!

I was dreaming about vacation last night so I feel as though this picture is fitting to kick off the weekend. Plus, the forecast for the next few days makes me grin from ear to ear. I'm about to head to the gym and then get ready for a chili cook-off tonight so let' get to it. Have a WONDERFUL weekend!

I love Kathryn Budig and this article is so on point. So good.

I agree with this list.

For those of you running the marathon. Here are some good tips (plus, I love these two bloggers!)

This summery beverage looks deeelish.

Looks like something I've made, but, I like the baked shrimp component.

How am I just hearing about Fenway Farms??

Did you hear about this almond-water-sucking thing in CA?

I can 100% relate to this. 100%.

I read (and studied) the Blue Zones book at least 5 years ago. The Today Show featured it this week. I highly recommend the book. (HINT: Things that make you live long: antioxidants, eating plants, close family relationships, daily movement.)

De-clutter!

Now - I'm off to enjoy SUNDAY! Have a great one! xo

Saturday Reading

Good morning! It may not look like Spring outside in the Northeast but, rest assured it is officially here. I'm daydreaming about long beach days, red sox games, deck drinks, and grilling. It'll be here soon enough. For now, I'm getting ready for Spring/Summer by organizing and some serious Spring-Cleaning. For the last few weeks, I've been tackling different projects; the closets, the bathrooms, etc. Out with the old and in with the new! How are you spending the first Spring weekend? Hope it's a great one. Here's the round up for the week!
